A. Membership Rules

i. Membership of the organization can either be acquired by any individual or organization through payment of requisite fees as decided by the general body meeting from time to time or can also be awarded by the full bench of the working committee with prior approval from the governing body.

ii. Every membership application has to be recommended by at least two existing members of the organization.

iii. Founder members automatically acquire membership but are not exempted from the requisite fee.

iv. All members necessarily sign a document taking oath of confidence in favor of the organization.

v. All members must be present in the field activities and general body meetings

vi. Members have to apply for membership in the requisite form and with requisite documents for obtaining membership.

B. Membership Categories

i. All the categories of membership will be decided by the membership fees except Fellows. The fee is however not a condition for any special facilitations to the said member but should be considered as his commitment to the organizations’ mission and objectives. All get certification of membership.

ii. The categories of members will be Patrons, Life Members, Associate Member, Fellows, Founder Members General Member and Student Members

C. Termination of Membership

i. Any membership, other than those of Founder members and Fellows are liable to be terminated in any one or more of the following conditions
             (a) Resigning from the membership by himself/herself
             (b) Demise of the member or in case of his/her being rendered medically unfit and/or insane
             (c) Nonpayment of dues and/or misappropriation of funds of the organization
             (d) Discriminating fellow members by caste, creed, religion or color or any other non-humane
             aspects.
             (e) Any other valid reasons upon which the Governing Body unanimously decides to terminate any
             membership
             (f) Breach of Trust

ii. Termination of membership of the Founder members or Fellows can happen as per clause 2C, sub clause i(a), i(b), i(c), and i(e) but not under sub clause i(e)

iii. Once terminated, a membership can only be reacquired by convincing the working committee and the governing body about the assurance of conduct of the said member, but if terminated under sub clause i(e) or i(f ), no membership can be further re installed.

All informations stated above are correct and true in my senses. I agree to all membership terms and conditions of SAFE. Further by submitting this individual membership form I agree to sign an Oath statement after my application is accepted for membership.
