Aim and Scope

Global Review of Environmental Economic Negotiation Interpreters (GREEN-i) is a peer-reviewed quarterly publication that is aimed at disseminating debates and discussions on strategically oriented environmental policy and assessments in the global south. This scope is though global, but priority is given to issues that are of special concern to South Asian region. GREEN-i aims to take multidisciplinary, integrated approaches for reviewing sustainable development policy decisions to promote and facilitate dialogue between stakeholders.

GREEN-i recognizes that effective strategic thinking about the environment requires a wide range of approaches from grassroots and participatory methods, empirical and scientific methodologies, to the analysis of policies and laws. It is published by the South Asian Forum for Environment, a not for profit civil society organization working towards sustainable development through community partnership and participation in Indian ecoregion.
